3/4 cup soja milk
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup oat
A hand full of goji berries
1 table spoon chia seeds
1 banana
This is probably one of my favorite breakfast options, not really portuguese, neither german but still a favorite learned in Britain a long long time ago. I´m used to cook in the morning, when I have time muesli, but this was something I prepared yesterday just because I suddenly remembered the light and sweet taste of it and it was a valid choice, because it´s healthy as well.
All you have to do is heating the milk till it starts bubbling, then add oat and all the other ingredients. On low heat continue adding all the other ingredients till it has the consistency shown in the last picture.
It can take a couple of minutes till the water evaporates, so you can write some messages, watch some videos but be carefull and take a look at it every now and then, because it burns easily at the bottom.
Finish it with cinnamon, it just tastes delicious! :D
