Um dos meus maiores prazeres é sem sombra de dúvida a comida, e à medida que vou aperfeiçoando certas capacidades a cozinhar, vou ficando mais curiosa relativamente a como as pessoas comem lá fora..
Estou a esta hora a fazer o jantar e mandaram-me isto! Vejam, imagens lindíssimas, desperta em mim a vontade de ir para lá, aprender umas coisas com os italianos.. mais sobre a comida, do que sobre o vinho, nesse aspecto ainda me considero leiga na matéria, é preciso apurar o tal paladar para o sabor..:)
Food is one of my biggest pleasures.. Do not misunderstand, me, I´m still learning a lot, I´m far away to be a professional, just do it because I have fun.
But the more I learn about it, the more I get excited and interested how other cultures make food in their countries.
I was doing my dinner and some friend of mine send me this video, take a look, great pictures..by seeing this I just want to pack my bag and take the next plane to Italy, but not for te wine, but more for the food
About wine I must learn from the beginning.. the flavour is at this time a little to agressive for me. :)
