Recepy_Peppers filled with Risotto

Pimentos recheados com Risotto

Cortar meia cebola picada
Cut a half onion in little peaces 

Adicionar cerca de três colheres de azeite
Add two soup spoons with olive oil into it

Adicionar talos de picados de coentros e levar ao lume
Add some stalks of coriander and saute them in the heat

Adicionem duas mãos cheias de cogumelos frescos
Add two full hands of fresh mushrooms

E mais legumes! cenoura as tirinhas e alho francês
And more vegetals! corrot strips and french garlic strips

mexer tudo bem mexido
mix it all up

três colheres de molho de soja de sopa
Three soup spoons of soya sauce

misturar tudo novamente
Mix it all again

Dois copos da mistura arroz branco com arroz preto
Two glasses of a black and white rice mixture

saltear os ingredientes com o arroz
salt all ingredients with the rice

um pouco de salmão fumado
a little bit of smoked salmon

Tapar os ingredientes todos com água que baste e adicionar meio pacote de natas de soja e salFill the pot with water till the ingredients are all covered and put a half pack of soya cream and salt

Para quem gosta como eu da coisa meio agri-doce podem por um copo com pedaços quando o arroz já estiver quase cozido
For those who like it, bittersweet, like I do. Can also add some peaces of peach when the rice is almost cooked

E agora vamos a estes lindos meninos..
And now these little guys here..

Retirem o interior todo dos pimentos e deixem ficar um a parte cima para servir como tampinha do pote vegetal
Remove all the interior of the pepper and save the top of it for covering de vegetal bag

E por fim é só encher o risotto nos pimentos e levar 20 minutos ao forno
And at the end you just fill the risotto into the peppers, cover them and put the in the oven during 20 minutes.
