Chillin´ in Lisbon

Boas tardes :), após uma quantidade imensa de quilómetros corridos por terras Lusas principalmente remando sempre em sentido costa a fora, chegou a hora que o sol já não me puxa para a zona costeira mas sim para a zona urbana, que a certas alturas do dia e sendo ao fim de semana, se torna muito atraente para dar uns passeios longos sem confusões, ver montras, bisbilhotar lojinhas e feiras.. tomar um café numa esplanada qualquer e deixar-se envolver pelo ambiente e luz do final da tarde e das paisagens urbanas..

Eu costumo dizer que é ao fim de semana que Lisboa respira da confusão citadina dos dias úteis, e neste eu respirei com ela e busquei energia para a semana.

Fiz uma descoberta que gostaria de partilhar convosco! Ao passar na feira da Ladra, tive no antigo mercado da zona onde encontrei umas lojinhas maravilhosas.

O espaço do mercado em si está a ser utilizado como espaço de exposição temporária para utensílios da história da cozinha portuguesa, os espaços em volta pertencentes a esse mesmo mercado são lojas e oficinas de vários designers de objectos diversos, desde cerâmica, roupa, móveis e outros.

Queria dar destaque em especial a uma oficina de joalharia contêmporanea onde me apaixonei por umas peças lindas e muito originais.

Chama-se "Cyan" e fica situada como disse no mercado Santa Clara, Loja 17 onde é também como disse anteriormente a feira da Ladra.

Hey there, after an amout of kilometers driven through the country in particular next to the coast, to be guided by the sea, now it comes to a point, that also with great weather I just don´t want to spend so much time near the beach. So I decided hanging ou in the city this weekend, because sometimes you actually can have a break there without the dayly kaos you are used too, what I apreciate a lot to do things like, seeing show windows,visiting some shops with cool stuff, fairs and also drinking a cup of coffee somewhere and chill by the light that involves you in the afternoon in this mass of buildings all around you.

I use to say that Lisbon breathes on the weekend, from the everyday stress and this weekend I breath and recharge my energy with it.

I make this great discovery on a market next to the fair "Ladra" in an older side of Lisbon that I really want to share with you, where some designers have their ateliers and do their own fabrics in front of you and the costumers. They put all the stuff in store also, that you can buy it if you want to.

I found there in one atelier that calls "Cyan" some contemporaneous jewelry that I loved.

They have a lot of cute little pieces that are very original and if you have the time, you should take a look at the store it´s really cool.
